Hand tool to drill insulated flexible bars
It allows optimal drilling of the terminal intended to the connection, without burrs or deformation of the individual copper laminates.
– for holes Ø 6,5 – Ø 8,5 – Ø 10,5 – Ø 12,5
– used to drill one or more holes on the bar
– can be used on laminate ranging from 20mm to 120mm width
– quick dies change for the various hole diameters
– can be used with column or hand drilling tool.
Hand tool for bending and twisting insulated flexible bars
Allows you to shape bars into the right shapes to optimize the length and dimensions of connections. Continuous use with flexible bars up to 100 mm wide and 8 sheets (8x100x1); occasional use for 10x100x1 or 12x100x1 cross-sections.
Folding:
– speed of tightening of the flexible bar
– goniometer to set the bending angle
– stop for repeated operations with the same bending angle
– no damage to the insulation
– low effort thanks to the operating lever.
Twist:
– allows for a change of plane of the connection without damaging the insulation.
