In early 2025, TEKNOMEGA has officially embarked on the path to the drafting of your own Sustainability Report, in collaboration with OLLUM – a consultancy firm specializing in the sector.
A strategic initiative that marks the company's commitment to increasingly conscious and responsible growth.

What is the aim of the project? Clearly measure and communicate environmental, social and governance impacts (ESG), aligning with international standards GRI ed ESRS, in accordance with the European directive CSRD.

The first step was the materiality calculation, which allowed us to identify the most relevant ESG issues for TEKNOMEGA and its stakeholders.

Between these:

• Environment: impacts and circularity of products
• Social: inclusion, safety and professional growth
• Governance: certifications, ESG training and transparency

In June the project was presented internally Sustainability Plan, now available on the company website for all stakeholders.
The document defines the scope of analysis, the strategic priorities, and the concrete actions that will guide the company on its sustainability journey.

This is just the first step: the goal is to get to the drafting of the Sustainability Report in 2026, consolidating an evolutionary and rigorous approach that will accompany TEKNOMEGA in the industrial, environmental and social challenges of the coming years.
