For certain distribution block applications, specific needs may arise that go beyond standard requirements. For example, significantly more outputs per phase may be required than those offered by products in the catalog, or outputs may be needed at distances different from the standard spacing of threaded or drilled bars.
In these cases,is it still possible to use standard componentsto achieve a sustainable solution?
OUR SOLUTION:
TEKNOMEGA has developed specific products (BOC3000 and BOC3010), that are compatible with both standard power distribution bars and profiled busbars, allowing for increased output density.

Thanks to their compact design and small dimensions, these products can also be installed inside terminal blocks such as PSP kits, while still complying with the minimum air clearance requirements set by IEC 61439, according to the pollution degree of the application.

EXAMPLE:
On a 20x5 mm bar with a drilling or threading pitch of 25 mm, a maximum density of 2 cables per hole can be achieved. By using the BOC3000, this can be increased to a density of 8 cables every 3 holes, resulting in a 33% increase compared to the previous configuration.

Additionally, the BOC3000 and BOC3010 have been designed to fit the most common cable sizes, and the latter also allows cable entry from both sides, offering maximum flexibility in use. This is a clear example of how, by assembling different components, a solution can be created to meet a variety of specific market demands.
